Rob Real Estate is managed by Rob Okkersen and Pierre Helfer. We have been living in Greece since 1997 and as a result of this we have gained a very good knowledge of the Real Estate market in Greece.

We want to give you good advice and an excellent service with the purchase of your house, plot of land, apartment, etc.

To give you this good advice and service we work closely together with an architect/contractor and a lawyer. Also we work together with a local notary.

We can advise you with, or take care of the building of a new house or a renovation.

Our services contain:

- a first examination by our lawyer
- the preparing of the contracts at the notary
- assisting by the signing of the final contracts
- overseeing the building of your house
- overseeing the renovation of an existing house

Our office is situated in Chrani (Peloponnese). Chrani is a small village situated at the coast between Kalamata and Koroni.

You can find the office along the main road next to Pierre Gift Shop and in opposite of Billy's supermarket.
